He started his career as an Industrial Engineer for First Brands.

He previously served as a Vice President at CenterGate Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm. Previously, Alec was an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Lokey and started his professional journey at J.P. Morgan in their asset management group. He is known for his ability to transform challenges into opportunities, consistently delivering impactful results.
